Enrollment Process for the Training Course

Step 1: Get in Touch and Consultation

To begin your enrollment, contact us via phone, email, or by submitting the “Contact Us” form on our website. Once we receive your inquiry, a course advisor will reach out to understand your learning goals, suggest the most suitable course package, and explain the course packages and fees. Upon your selection of course, we’ll ask you to read and accept our terms and conditions. You'll also receive detailed payment instructions.

Step 2: Payment and Confirmation

After finalizing your course selection, proceed with payment through one of our accepted methods: credit card, debit card, or online bank transfer. Once your payment is completed, please send us a receipt or transaction confirmation, along with your full name, phone number and email ID. After verifying the transaction, we’ll issue a unique candidate ID and, if required, a password. You will then receive login credentials for the course, including access to our Google Classroom.

Step 3: Course Access and Orientation

Log into Google Classroom using the credentials provided. Accept the student invitation and follow the orientation instructions. Once logged in, you’ll have full access to all course materials, including video lessons, downloadable resources, and assignments. If you face any learning difficulties, you can contact your assigned trainer directly via WhatsApp or email for personalized guidance.

Step 4: Learning Support and Assignment Submission

Your tutor will regularly update the classroom with new materials, helpful articles, and additional video content. Be sure to complete and submit all assignments by the specified deadlines. Should you encounter any issues or delays, communicate promptly with your tutor to ensure continued progress and avoid disruptions.

Step 5: Final Evaluation

As you near the end of the course, you may request a complimentary mock test to assess your preparedness and identify any final areas for improvement before your official exam.

Step 6: Exam Registration Support

Most students will have already booked their exam slots through authorized testing centers in their respective countries. If you haven’t done so, or if you're unsure how to proceed, please reach out. We’re happy to guide you through the exam registration process.

Step 7: Receiving Your Test Report (TRF)

Your official test results, or Test Report Form (TRF), will typically be sent directly to you by the exam center. In the event of a delay or if you lose your TRF, contact us immediately—we’ll help you connect with the appropriate authorities to resolve the issue.

Step 8: Share Your Experience

We’d love to hear from you! Once your journey is complete, consider writing a review of our course. Share your test score, your experience with our training process, and how the course helped you achieve your goals.
