Guidelines for Submitting Assignments in Google Classroom

Terms and Conditions

By enrolling in our international English exam training services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Services Provided

  • We provide online training for IELTS, TOEFL, GRE, UKVI, and OET exams.
  • Classes are scheduled to meet the needs of adult learners with busy work or study commitments.
  • Personalized individual training is available for students who require additional support at addition fee only in certain learning conditions of the student. 
  • Free workshops are hosted every Saturday and Sunday, 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM (London Time) via Google Classroom. Participation in these workshops requires proof of prior attendance in an International English exam.

2. Course Fees & Duration

  • The course fee is aligned with the exam fee in the student's local region. For example, if the exam fee for IELTS in London is £200, the course fee will also be £200.
  • For student loans and installments please contact our customer service. 
  • The course fee can be remitted only in INR - Indian or Pounds - Britain currencies through our banks in these countries.
  • Courses last up to 90 days or until the student has attempted the exam up to three times whichever comes first. 
  • All course fee should be paid in full 15 days before the course commencement.
  • Refunds are available only if cancellation occurs within 14 days of payment. Courses are held on a rolling basis, beginning fortnightly, allowing students sufficient time to make decisions post-payment./.

3. Books & Materials

  • Students are required to purchase the recommended study materials from local or online bookshops.
  • The training provider does not supply books, and shipping of materials is not feasible.

4. Attendance & Participation

  • Students are encouraged to attend live classes via Google Meet. While attendance is not mandatory, consistent participation and completion of assignments on Google Classroom is strongly recommended.
  • Proof of prior exam participation is required to join the free weekend workshops.

5. No Guarantees of Passing

  • We provide comprehensive training, including mock tests, to help students prepare. However, we do not guarantee exam success or a specific score.

6. Code of Conduct

·        Students are expected to demonstrate respectful behavior at all times, particularly when interacting with trainers, staff, and fellow students during online sessions, as well as in any other course-related activities. Professionalism should be maintained throughout the duration of the course. Any disruptive conduct, whether online or in-person, may result in immediate termination from the course, with no refund provided. It is essential for all participants to foster a positive and constructive learning environment.

7. Changes to Terms

  • The terms may be updated periodically. Continued enrollment or use of services indicates acceptance of updated terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • The training provider is not responsible for any damages, losses, or expenses that result from using our services.

10. Technical Requirements

  • As all courses are conducted online, students must have a stable internet connection capable of supporting uninterrupted classes.

11. Exam Booking & Service Charges

  • If we book exams on behalf of the student, an additional service charge will apply, which will be disclosed at the time of booking.

12. Non-Transferability

  • The course enrollment is non-transferable to another individual.

13. Public Holidays

  • Classes will not be conducted on major public holidays such as Christmas and New Year. These days will not be compensated in the course duration or fee.

14. Additional Staff and Referrals

  • New or additional instructors may be assigned to the course depending on demand. Please note that changes in teaching staff may occur due to availability throughout the course duration. For students in Kochi, Kerala, there may be an option for in-house training at a partner institution in Kochi, for which we do not hold responsibility. Please be aware that the partner institution may charge an additional fee for their services.

15. Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • Refunds will not be provided once the course has commenced. Requests for refunds due to changes in personal plans, medical conditions, weather-related disruptions, changes in visa requirements, or alterations to university or government policies will not be accepted. This includes any modifications to visa requirements mandated by government authorities. Please ensure all conditions are fully understood prior to enrollment, as no exceptions will be made after the course has started.

16. Promotional Use

  • Students may be asked to provide reviews on Google or other review platforms, and to participate in promotional activities, including videos, photos, or testimonials, both during and after the course. These materials may be used across various channels, including Instagram, YouTube, WhatsApp, and our website, and will be shared publicly. By participating, students consent to the use of their content for marketing and promotional purposes.

17. Communication and Clarifications

  • Any doubts regarding these terms should be clarified before payment. No disputes will be considered after payment and course commencement.

18. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not responsible for any losses or damages arising from the use of our services.
