General Disclaimer
At Englisa, we aim to guide, mentor, and prepare candidates for various English proficiency exams such as IELTS and OET. However, we do not guarantee a pass or a particular score in any examination.
Exam results depend on multiple factors, including but not limited to:

The candidate’s natural ability and language proficiency.

Time and effort dedicated to preparation.

Regularity, punctuality, and class participation.

The number and quality of mock tests taken.

The learner’s adaptability to the exam syllabus, structure, and requirements.
Some students achieve high scores on their first attempt due to their prior exposure to English—particularly those from strong English-medium educational backgrounds with consistent reading, writing, listening, and speaking practice from an early age.
Course Fees and Payment Policy

The course fee is proportionate to the exam fee applicable in the student’s state or district of examination.
For example, if a candidate is taking the test in Kochi, India, the tuition fee will be equivalent to the exam fee applicable there. -
When Englisa books exams on behalf of students, the following charges apply:
Tuition Fee + Exam Fee (no additional service charge). -
All payments must be made before the commencement of classes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Class Format and Study Materials
All classes at Englisa are conducted online.

No physical copies of books or study materials will be provided.

Students will be advised to purchase recommended books (e.g., Cambridge IELTS 16 – Academic) independently from reliable online platforms such as Amazon.

Once classes begin, the trainer may assign specific exercises or pages from these books for practice and submission.
Assignment Submission via Google Classroom
Assignments will be provided through Google Classroom with clearly stated deadlines.
Students must:

Log in using their registered Google account.
-
Complete the assigned tasks as per trainer instructions.

Upload their completed work (photo, PDF, or screenshot of their answer sheet) in the designated Assignment Submission section.

Ensure timely submission. Late submissions will not be accepted without prior written permission from the trainer.
Attendance, Booking, and Class Scheduling

All group or one-on-one classes must be booked at least one week in advance.

Scheduling will be confirmed only after mutual consultation between the trainer and the student regarding availability.

Students are expected to attend classes regularly and punctually.
Cancellation and Refund Policy

Before course commencement:
Students may cancel their enrolment and claim a full refund up to two weeks before the start of the course (if fees were already paid). -
After course commencement:
Refunds or cancellations are not permitted after three days from the start date. -
Installment payments:
Students paying in installments may stop further payments but will not receive a refund for previous installments.
Any auto-debit arrangements must be cancelled directly by the student through their bank.
Behaviour and Discipline Policy

Respectful behaviour is mandatory in all classes.

Students who are irregular, unpunctual, or fail to submit assignments despite three written warnings (via email) may be removed from the course without a refund.

Any form of misconduct, disrespect, or disruption will result in termination of enrolment and forfeiture of fees.

Students are prohibited from creating or participating in unofficial WhatsApp or social media groups with other learners without written consent from the trainer or management. Violation of this rule will result in immediate termination without refund.
Classroom Etiquette
To maintain an effective learning environment:

Students must keep their microphone muted unless requested to speak.

Participants should join classes from a quiet, well-lit, and distraction-free area.
-
It is the student’s responsibility to ensure stable internet connectivity and proper login credentials before each session.
Technical Responsibilities

Students must log in to Google Classroom regularly for updates, assignments, and class announcements.
-
Any issues related to login, password reset, or changes to email address or phone number must be reported immediately.
-
Failure to update this information may result in missed communication or class access issues, for which Englisa will not be responsible.
Course Extension and Discount Policy

Candidates who do not achieve their target score in IELTS or OET may extend their course for 50% of the original course fee, provided they submit their Test Report Form (TRF) as official proof of results.

Students who have not previously studied at Englisa but can produce a genuine TRF showing prior exam attempts may also avail of this 50% discount (subject to verification).
Referral Benefits
Students who refer friends to Englisa and successfully enroll them will receive a 5% discount or refund on their course fee.

For installment plans, this discount will be applied to the final installment after all dues are cleared.
Limitation of Liability
Englisa, its trainers, and management shall not be held responsible for:

Exam outcomes or scores.
-
Technical issues on the student’s end (e.g., internet failure, device malfunction).
-
Non-compliance with assignment deadlines or class schedules.
Englisa’s role is strictly educational, offering structured guidance, practice, and mentorship to enhance the learner’s performance potential.
Acceptance of Terms
By registering for any course or service provided by Englisa, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.
Englisa reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated via the official website or registered student email addresses.
